Safe Mobile Robot Controller MSC500
The safety mobile robot controller MSC5000 has passed the German TÜV Rheinland SIL3, PLe (Cat3) safety level certification and CE certification. As a domestically produced safety mobile robot controller with complete software and hardware, MSC5000 features: industrial-grade wide temperature range (-30℃ to +70℃), IP65 and ESD industrial grade 3-level protection, and a product operation time of 20 years. It ensures high performance, high safety, reliability and stable operation in harsh industrial environments and human-machine interaction scenarios.
This controller is equipped with a variety of built-in interfaces, including safety IO interfaces, safety encoders, as well as communication interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, and RS485, which can meet the access requirements of various devices. Its integrated design of functional safety and positioning navigation, along with its compact space layout, helps customers quickly pass the ISO3691-4 industrial vehicle safety certification.
Quadriplegic robot controller JRC300
This controller integrates 3D SLAM and GNSS RTK technologies to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy. It can optimize the path in real time and avoid moving obstacles in complex indoor and outdoor scenarios. It is compatible with mainstream four-legged robot bodies such as Yushu and Yun Cui Shen, integrates the SDK to enable quick deployment upon installation, and supports automatic cross-floor operations.
It has the capability for graphical secondary development, supports the integration of multiple sensors and real-time data management on the cloud, and meets the application requirements of industries such as inspection and patrol. It can intelligently interact with elevator and access control systems, support autonomous movement up and down stairs and across floors, break through spatial limitations, and help robots work efficiently in variable and complex scenarios.
Single-machine version of the Landrover-type forklift system
The stand-alone version of the DONGNI type forklift system is a pure stand-alone system that "requires no engineering implementation configuration and can be used out of the box". It features standardization, high stability, simple operation and rich functions.
