The self-developed MSC5000 functional-safety mobile robot controller achieves SIL3 in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 62061, and Performance Level Cat. 3, PLe in accordance with ISO 13849, with TÜV Rheinland certification. In addition to high-precision positioning and autonomous navigation, it integrates emergency stop, zone monitoring, speed monitoring, Safe Torque Off (STO), and other safety functions, helping customers build safety-compliant mobile robots in line with ISO 3691-4.
